(ALN) will launch its enhanced Microsoft Word® Integrated Toolbar, which now includes more user-friendly search features to find and fill forms, customize the interface’s look and feel, organize forms, and upload content. FORMS WORKFLOW MICROSOFT WORD INTEGRATED TOOLBAR – LAUNCHING AT ILTACON

The updated Forms WorkFlow Toolbar, appearing as a new tab within the Microsoft Word ribbon, provides clients with streamlined access to search for, select, and complete forms directly from Word. The Toolbar’s modernized interface includes several new data-related productivity features including selectable attorneys, cases and courts, as well as the ability to auto-fill form fields with data imported and synchronized from other firm databases such as human resources or time-and-billing systems.

The Forms WorkFlow Toolbar has been completely reengineered to provide cutting-edge compatibility and support for popular technologies including:

– 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Office and Windows

– Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016

– Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10

– Local, cloud, or on-premise databases

FORMS WORKFLOW ONLINE LIBRARY – BETA SITE NOW AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

The new Forms WorkFlow Online Library has been completely rebuilt from the ground up for greater speed and efficiency, improved ease of use, intelligent quick searching, and branding customization. Administrators can easily manage users and subscriptions, customize the branding and forms/documents available to users, as well as create new folder structures. Intelligent searching allows users to type in a few letters of a form type to show relevant selections. Law firms of fewer than 10 attorneys will be able to purchase forms directly from the FormsWorkflow website, while 10+ attorney firms can request information to be contacted by American LegalNet account executives. The beta is up-and-running and the site will officially launch in the near future. For beta access instructions, please e-mail beta@alncorp.com.

Erez Bustan, CEO and Founder of ALN, said: “We are incredibly proud to be launching both the newly rebuilt Forms WorkFlow Toolbar and the Forms WorkFlow Online Library at ILTACON next week. These releases are the culmination of great work by our development team and valued input from our customers who suggested useful, intuitive features to improve both products. We look forward to connecting with ILTA members next week to demonstrate the new technology.”
American LegalNet will be exhibiting at ILTACON in Las Vegas next week from August 14-17 (booth#341) and will be sponsoring a demo room and other events during the conference. For more information, contact Dan O’Day at DOday@alncorp.com.
